Another Day, Another Breakfast

Oh, and todays blog post is not based on Manila, the place where I am now, but in Hawaii! My mind is stuck to that Hawaii air, and the place itself.
Every morning this year, we had lots of fun, because we sometimes woke up early and sometimes late, and even when we wake up early or late, we whip up a delicious breakfast, which all the people in the apartment eat.

G, Daddy, and Lolo cooking up a storm!

We have lots of fun whipping up breakfasts every day. I'm at the electric stove, sizzling a scrambled egg on a non-stick pan with a spatula in hand, and Daddy and G are making a tin-foil sort of platter thing, putting Tostitos chips on it, and a lot of cheese on it, and toasting it and making nachos, while Lolo is chopping up the tomatoes and shredding cheese to pulp to put it on the egg to make an omelette.

The kitchen was a severe mess

One of the main reasons Lola and Lolo go to Hawaii, and carry my family and my cousin's family along is that my cousin Sam, her brother, Rafu, studies in Hawaii. And of course, he has his own house.

Plus, he has a big mango tree in his yard, and he picks them when they are perfectly ripe, and they are sweet as sweet can be. They were ready for harvest that time, and of course he had to bring them along when he visited our apartment.

Tasted good, I bet.

Though I didn't taste them, I heard some of the things Lolo, Lola, and Mommy said about it. Complete delicacies they were!!
And since they were said to be delicacies, I regret not eating one. Like the Cocoa Puffs, which I will post about next time, possibly in months or so.  See ya!

Hawaii Zoo with Mika

I forgot to tell you about the Zoo visit with Mika, so I'll do it now.

When we were there, we went into this plastic log, and in the middle is an opening, and there is a giant fish tank around you. Then there are fishes, and the big, fat ones sometimes put their heads out and tails and fins. That is rare, and when we were there, we were on our posts, looking out for fishes above water.
We finally got bored of this routine, so then we went into the Guinea Pig display, and we saw two guinea pigs, and they were adorable! But then we stayed in one of the boxes, and then it was the attack of boys.

The boys left, and we were so relieved. Then two girls, and one of the girls' brother, came in. The girls were named Carly and Shanelei (pronounced Sha-ne-lei), and the boy was named Shane. We had such a fun time, and then before we met them, we played in the Keiki Zoo, where there is a playground and some Dippin' Dots, which closed early. Boo!

Our fun time ended when we had to go back to the apartment. Fun! :)

Top 3 things to do in Hawaii

Hey, these are my three favorite things to do in Hawaii. Take a look!

1. Wet'n Wild Waterpark

This is the "drop" in the Tornado

In Wet'n Wild, there are tons of different rides to ride. My favorite is the Tornado, but it is really called something else. It should be called the Tornado because it is like a Tornado. In the Tornado, there is this lucky person called the Drop. First you have to lug your giant floatie up to the high slide, then you put your floatie on the water, sit in one of the holes and let your friends/family sit in the others, and then it turns around while you are about to fall. It turns, and the person who's back is facing the hole is the Drop! You might hate it, you might love it. I love being the Drop. The Drop is called the drop because The Drop slides around in a tiny tunnel with the rest of you, then suddenly, there is a gigantic DROP! Then the drop is the one who nearly falls backward, and the drop goes up the wall! Literally. And then you swoosh around violently, then you go through this big waterfall thing and get soaked, then you go out and do it again! And there is the Island Racer, and the Shaka. I didn't ride the shaka, cause I thought it was scary. I love the Island racer, and there are tons and tons of other rides!

2. Discovery Center

This is the Bubble Mix Thing

In Discovery Center, they display all around the world. Japan, China, Korea, England, America, many! Then your child can play cook in the Japan or China display, cause there are yarn noodles you can cook and small fluffy cakes, and this giant chocolate cake. My favorite is the underwater display. In there, you can dress up as seahorses and stuff and get recorded! But that's not what I like. I like the bubble thing. There's this bubble mix, then you dip the thing in the mix using the rope, then pull it up, then there should be a bubble there. If there isn't, dip it and pull it again. If there is a bubble, blow it gently, then get it stronger. Then if it is flowing out, do it strong, then it shall either pop, flow out and still connect, OR the best one, disconnect and flow out and make a huge bubble! I like this bubble mix thing because I am really, really good at it. I am the MASTER!!!

 3. Magic Island
 Picnicking under a shady tree

You might think Magic Island is like a play place. No, it's not, because in Magic Island, there is a big patch of soft, green grass that you can lay your banig on and picnic. I did that with Mommy and Daddy. But we didn't go in the big patch, we went under a tree nearby the beach, which is farther from the patch of grass. Then it started drizzling, and the tree helped. But it was just a passing cloud, so I ate the store-bought tempura we bought at this shop, and G ate her Salmon Sushi. While Mommy was taking pictures of us, she glanced at her arm and saw a rare white ladybug, and the spots were shaped like hearts! She took a lot of pictures, and then G and I went out to have a swim in the beach. We built sandcastles and swam in the beach a lot, then it was time to leave.

I hope you'll go to Honolulu, Hawaii and visit all these extraordinary FUN places!!!

Missing Cooper, Links, and Friends!

I just checked out my Mommy's blog, my cousin's blog, and G's blog. They are all very nice. No Doors, my mommy's blog, is very interior design-ish. And G's blog, Gthewhiz, has stories, and my cousin's blog, Prettysplendid, has a lot of followers. And they are all very nice.

And I am missing Mochi. And please go to this blog, Chuvaness, and read the post about Cooper. Chuvaness' friends' cute Yorkshire Terrier, Cooper, slipped out of their gate on June 4, 2011, and he was last seen in Dasmarinas Village, in Manila, in Makati City.

My creation
I wish Cooper would come back

And I felt sad, because I know how it feels. Mochi got lost without her collar on and she wandered around. We went into the car and drove around but Moch was not in sight. But then... This very kindred man who was guarding a yard found her, and brought her to the Dasmarinas Barangay. And so we found her!!!

My other friend, Mika, who used to play with M and A went to San Francisco and is here in Hawaii with us! But not WITH us. You get the point. Bye!

Back in Hawaii!

Oh, this is great!

You must think I'm in Manila playing with M and A or something... But I'm in Hawaii, and M and A, maybe they're playing with Carolina or something. I just hope they'll play with us and they're having fun. And when I'm in Manila, I'm in the mood for Disney Channel and Nickelodeon on TV. But here in Hawaii, I'm comfortable with any Junior show, like Diego and Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, and I also like watching Nick. G is using the laptop of Lola. Lola slept over at my tita and tito's apartment. My cousin already climbed up Koko Head and Diamond Head and she has a blog called Pretty Splendid, and I read it and thought it was pretty impressive. We bought a new book for G, book 2 of the Kane Series by Rick Riordan, because she finished the first.

G isn't done with it yet
It's a very thick book, and I am not enthusiastic on reading the Kane Series and if you want to know, I find Harry Potter book 4 sort of uninteresting. But I think Percy Jackson is awesome!!! We are going to the Wet'n Wild waterpark someday, hopefully today. I woke up at 8, and that's pretty early for a person who regularly wakes up at either 9, 10, 11, 12, or even 1! In Hawaii I wake up so early. It's super weird. Okay, I guess I'll contact you later.
